SioStore is a multi-vendor marketplace. You may browse, purchase products, and (if approved) sell as a vendor. You agree not to misuse the platform, post false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.

All orders are subject to availability and vendor confirmation. Prices are listed in the applicable currency. Payment is processed securely via our payment partners. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent.

Delivery is fulfilled by vendors and our driver network. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. SioStore is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.

Return policies vary by vendor. Generally, items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Contact the vendor or our support team to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of product listings, stock levels, and fulfilment of orders. SioStore reserves the right to suspend or remove vendors who violate our policies or receive repeated negative feedback.

All content on SioStore including logos, images, and software is the property of SioStore or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

SioStore is a marketplace platform and is not the seller of products. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by vendors. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in dispute.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which SioStore operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through the appropriate courts.
